You and the Love Passion have made a contract. Before using the site, please take a few seconds to read these Terms. These Terms shall bind you legally whenever you access, view, or use the site.

RULES FOR Love Passion:

You must first create an account in order to use our website ("Account"). To make an account, you must first:

• You must be at least 18 years old, and
• You must be legally permitted to use the site under applicable laws. You authorise us to access, display, and use some information from your Facebook account if you create an Account using your Facebook login details (e.g. profile images, relationship status, location, and information). Please see our Privacy Policy for additional details on what information we collect and how we use it.
• You can delete your account at any moment by heading to the 'Settings' page and clicking the 'Delete account' option while logged in. Your Account will be removed from the site immediately, however it may take some time for Your Content to be totally erased. If you wish to restore your account, we will save your profile information (which you can do within 30 days of deactivating your Account). We will reactivate your Account for you if you delete your Account and try to register a new account with the identical credentials within this time period.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any Account, or to use any operational, technological, legal, or other measures available to enforce the Terms (including, without limitation, blocking specific IP addresses), without responsibility or prior notice, at any time.

Content Terms:

While we want our users to be allowed to express themselves, we must place limits on certain types of content, such as:

• involves inappropriate words or imagery, or is likely to harass, disturb, embarrass, or annoy another individual;
• is obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise offensive to human dignity;
• encourages any illegal behaviour, including, but not limited to, terrorism, inciting racial hatred, or the submission of which is a criminal offence in and of itself;
• has to do with commercial operations (such as sales, competitions, and advertising, as well as links to other websites or premium line phone numbers);
• entails the sending of "junk" mail or "spam";
• contains any spy ware, adware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programmes, or other malicious code designed to interrupt, damage, or disrupt any software, hardware, telecommunications, or other systems, networks, servers, or other equipment, Trojan horse, or any other material designed to damage, interfere with, incorrectly intercept, or expropriate any data or personal information, whether from Love Passion or otherwise; spyware, adware, viruses, damaged files, worm programmes, or other malicious programming
• You are accountable and liable for Your Content, and you shall defend, discharge, and hold us harmless from any claims made in connection with Your Content, since Your Content is unique.

For this type of content, Love Passion has a strict no-tolerance policy.
